With our underfloor heating we always fit floor sensors in bathrooms because even if your bathroom has reached its temperature, you will still have warm tiles when you walk in, depending of course on the times you have the system set to be active. Floor sensors are also used for natural wood floors where they can be set to limit the floor surface temperature and thereby protect the wood.
