We're
always ready to answer any queries you may have, and once you've
decided that we're the people you'd like to supply and install
your system, we will help you in any way we can prior to your
site being prepared for installation. In the meantime you can
put us in contact with your other contractors to discuss their
involvement in preparing the associated works, and connection
to the system after installation.
We believe that good communication is the key to a successful
project, so we make sure that everybody is clear about what
they need to do.
Once you've given us the contact details for your builder, plumber,
joiner, and electrician we will pass on all the technical information
they need where their input overlaps ours. Then about two weeks
before you anticipate needing us on site you'll send your order
form and we'll order the materials. It normally doesn't take
that long for them to arrive but we don't like leaving things
until the last minute.

As
soon as the floor is prepared, and once we have the materials
on our premises, we'll be ready to load up and be on site. Confirm
the day and we'll be there.
Whenever
it's convenient for your build programme we'll be on site all
day every day, until your heating has been fully installed. Furthermore,
we won't be finished until we've pressure tested your system and
satisfied ourselves that we've left everything neat and tidy ready
for the concrete or sand/cement mix to be laid. If you need to
phase installation we can do that too. Just let us know.
In
short, we will treat your project as if it is our own. Our installation
is done with the greatest of care and attention to detail, so
much so that our photographs are used in our suppliers' literature
and training presentations. Although your heating may be invisible,
out of sight does not mean out of mind.

If
you've never had underfloor heating before you might be expecting
it to operate like a radiator system. We know only too well how
difficult it is to avoid making constant adjustments to your controls
in order to find the right temperature balance. We are very patient
and understanding people and we will talk you through everything
until you're confident, and of course cosy. Even when the job
is finished our support, advice and technical back-up will be
ongoing and open ended.
