Before

Once you've decided that we're the people you'd like to install your system we'll be ready to answer any queries you may have. We will help you in any way we can prior to your site being prepared for installation. In the meantime we'll be in close liaison with your other contractors to discuss their involvement in preparing the associated works, and connection to the system after installation. It is vital that everybody is clear about what they need to do well in advance so communication will be key. This is something we're used to, so once you've given us contact details for your builder, plumber, joiner, and electrician we'll get in touch with them all and if possible arrange a site meeting. Then about two weeks before you anticipate needing us on site you'll call us and we'll order the materials. It normally doesn't take that long for them to arrive but we don't like leaving things until the last minute. As soon as the floor is prepared and once we have the materials on our premises we'll be ready to load up and be on site. Confirm the day and we'll be there.

After

If you've never had underfloor heating before you might be expecting it to operate like a radiator system. We know only too well how difficult it is to avoid making constant adjustments to your controls in order to find the right temperature balance. We are very patient and understanding people and we will talk you through everything until you're confident and of course cosy. Even when the job is finished our support will be ongoing.
