Borders Underfloor Heating
Diagrams

Diagram showing how underfloor heating connects to your heat source.

This diagram shows the components and routing for a project with two floors of the same construction, or indeed one large floor. For example, you might have suspended timber ground and upper floors, or your building may be on one level but large enough to require two manifolds. The four port mixer reduces the water temperature from the boiler to that required for the floors. For timber floors this would typically be between 50 - 60 deg. C., and for concrete floors between 35 - 40 deg. C.
